It would be easier if you could have a user type that could just see all the workspaces automatically and create new ones without having to be added to each one. Right now even the owner and superadmin can't see all the workspaces automatically.

Multiple Workspace collaboration
A way for workspaces to communicate customers information better. We have many different departments who all deal with a customers file but at different stages.
