Don't Allow Sending if Recipient Name is Missing
Why do we allow documents to be “signed” and completed when the signature field is populated with an email address? This happens when the email address is added for the recipient, but there is no first and last name entered. The document isn’t legally binding and has to be resent. It would be ideal if when there’s no first and last name saved the signature field is blank rather than auto-populating the email address. Alternatively, PandaDoc could prompt for the recipient name before the document can be sent.

Add new recipient after the document has been sent
Some documents need to be signed by 2 departments, but when the document is sent, we only have 1 recipient. It would be great if we could add a new recipient (for signature) after the document has been sent without having the edit the document.

PandaDoc incoming email which accepts documents from clients to be stored in PandaDoc
We have, from time to time, cases where larger customers have their own SRM tool and want to send us purchasing orders instead of signing our quotes in PandaDoc.
Can we create an incoming mail address to which they can send these documents so that we have them directly stored in PandaDoc? We would like to use PandaDoc as our default tool to store (legal) documents.

Flyers/Forms/Images in Body of Email
Allow the body of the email to be formatted for information only flyers. For things that don't need to be signed and returned, it would be easier to send those in the body of the email instead of requiring the recipient to click a link and be redirected.

Automatic email response with next steps after recipient has signed and or paid
When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.
