My suggestion was that if we agree that viewed 1 time for 1 sec indicates antivirus email filter rather than a person, then maybe the expected behavior is that it should be excluded from the view count OR flagged in some way with a warning that it may not have been really viewed.

Ability to change the owner of a document to a user with a read-only license
Currently only document creator can be listed as the owner of it. However it's critical for us to have the team member's account as the owner for accurate reporting data. Our team doesn't build proposals, they are just cc'ed
