  5. We have several companies that provide quotes in landscape mode. Our proposal and several other docs are in portrait mode, so we need for PandaDoc to recognize when a page is in landscape or portrait upon upload and allow for those to be in the correct orientation (OR allow us to rotate any page, whatever can get this to us faster). I understand I can separately add landscape docs to docs that are in portrait, but this adds another step for us right now since these are uploaded in the same file.

  8. I would like to be able to access the document level analytics for the recipients such as last viewed date, quantity of times viewed, time spent, and times downloaded. Most importantly is the last viewed date and quantity of times viewed. I want to be able to pull that information into my CRM and set tasks for follow up, for instance when a document has been viewed 3 times in the last month, it would then be considered a hot opportunity and a task would be autogenerated for a sales person to call.

  12. Whenever Companies are merged in Hubspot, one of the records is set as Master Record and updated with all information, and all remaining duplicated records are deleted after that.

    In this scenario, all contracts associated with those deleted company records have to be manually reassociated to the remaining and new master company record. If it's one or two, it's fine. The problem is when you duplicate Companies in Bulk, using tools like Insycle, and having to reassociate hundreds of company and contract records manually.

    Insycle outputs a CSV report containing both the Old and New Hubspot ID for each company.…

  14. The documents with enabled gateway integration don't have a status "Completed" when signed, only "Waiting for payment" and "Paid". There should be a transition status added
