    Great news! We're updating our platform to let you easily format data passed from your CRM right in PandaDoc. We're now working on a UX that will allow data formatting and normalization right on the UI (in addition to standard hardcoded rules on the backend). Stay tuned for a smoother, more intuitive experience!

Ability to add multiple signatures assigned according to the list of recipients without having to manually assign each field to a particular recipient, i.e. if the document has 20 recipients added, the client needs to have an option to add 20 signature fields on a page at once, and those fields should already be assigned as per recipients lists

  5. It would help a lot to be able to adjust the size of fields to specific dimensions. Ability to edit size of a field by inches, millimeters, or pixels would contribute to a much cleaner looking document

  7. Prevent fillable fields from shifting once the document is sent to a client or downloaded as a PDF.
    The content locking feature doesn't help.

  11. When you have Optional fields on a document that you want a client to complete it displays a blatant "Optional" label. This is a deterrent from having them provide the information. Given they might not have all the information that is highly desired, we do not want to set the fields to Required and have to explain what to do if they don't have that information.

    In addition, the "Next" button that guides a person to Required fields, totally skips optional fields. So if there are 10 optional fields, and only the signature is required, clicking Next would jump past…

  15. OK I understand. However instead of me entering their information into the contact in the Contacts tab, can I send them like an form, or invite so they enter their information .. then they become a contact that way

  17. I have to type a paragraph or more into some variable fields each time I send an estimate. I realize that there are other text field options, but variable was used on purpose for formatting reasons. Please make the text box expandable so that I dont have to select and scroll back through the text each time I need to edit, its a nightmare!

  19. Calculate variable values based on math and text operations: use other variables, plain text, numbers, pricing table, and quote values to get to a new value.

    Some examples would be
    1. Generate document name variable based on template name, customer company name, deal value and expiration date.
    2. Generate text based on a list of items a customer selects in a form, pricing table, quote or fields.
    3. Calculate a downpayment size using document value and a custom multiplier.
    4. Generate a new date based on a date in another fields or variable by adding a number of days/months to…

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
