reassign fields after a document is sent
It would be helpful if the fields can be reassigned to a recipient within a document after it is sent.
Ex. onboarding and collecting files from a client, they are completing other parts of the document but another party (included as a recipient) needs to upload documents, it would be helpful to be able to reassign those fields to the other recipient without editing the document and losing all the data from another recipient.- specifically to select fields...not all fields.

Enable Smart Content from Fields as well as Variables
I know that Smart Content can be autopopulated based upon the value of a variable token within a document, but I would love to see the same Smart Content effect based upon the value of a field as well. Almost a mix between Smart Content and Conditional Rules combined where I would like to be able to have the value of a field in document actually trigger the Smart Content. An example in a document is a simple checkbox that pops open Smart Content if checked, versus only being able to enable the Smart Content from a variable token.

Be able to disable auto-placed fields feature
Would like the ability to turn off the option for auto-placed fields on uploaded documents. I do not wish to use it and having to say "no" on the pop-up every time I upload a document is annoying.

Edit custom variable that is already in use and auto replace throughout document
If I have a custom variable of [dog name] and I use it 50 times in a template.... but then I need to change it to [cat name]..... I have to create a NEW custom variable and then do 50 replacements. I want to just be able to EDIT [dog name] and see that change automatically in my already placed variable.

Have linked fields autopopulate the text BUT allow them to have different font and field sizes to accomodate different forms
Linked fields are great, but now if you change one of their fonts or sizes, it affects all the other linked ones. Sometimes the forms we are mapping them on need different sized fonts and sizes to look good. It would be better if each field could have it's own formatting options, the linked part would only bring in the letters/numbers in the text.

Set all fields recognized in PDF auto-placement as required
Currently, when you upload a PDF with form fields, the fields will be added to the PDF document but, will be set as not required.
Would like to have the ability to choose whether these are default added as required or not required.

Add default option for Date > Autofill with Signing Date
Please provide the option in Admin settings to be able to toggle on/off Default Autofill with Signing Date.
Our users typically need all the DATE fillable fields to default to Autofill with signing date, and would rather manually toggle that OFF when they need to, than have to toggle that box ON for each Date fillable field they have to drop in.
