  5. We have noticed when some of our sales team sends the Panda link in their outlook email, it gets blocked by other companies. I think it may be because the link is so long with lots of characters. Not sure if there is an option for a shortened link.

  7. Would love to be able to use PandaDoc in the A/P department. AP team still has to go into office to sign checks so wanted to see if there was a way to do it digitally in PD.

    This would mean the ability to actually sign a check in PandaDoc for processing.

  11. It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:

    If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.

PER CLIENT: I know other e-signature platforms we have used in the past (AdobeSign, DocuSign) allow for complete customization, but I could not find much information on the forums regarding email templates. To create uniformity across client-facing surfaces, our client has requested that we modify the email template used in their esignature requests to include specific (1) stylized fonts, (2) font size, and (3) specialized text, instead of the default PandaDoc font and message body structure.

  17. When using only the API to facilitate signers as recipients that do not have official pandadoc accounts, it becomes cumbersome when multiple documents require them to sign. Instead of storing previous signatures that they could use for another, they have to sign for each document. If it was possible to have recipients reuse signatures based on their email, this would significantly improve the ease of use for electronically signing.

  19. I do receive an e-mail saying that the supposedly person has accessed to the platform (name of the person of the link in PandaDoc) not the recipient of the link, which is not true

  20. Make Adding Contacts Easier- When adding a new contact, if you click anywhere on the screen outside of the white box by accident, it exits the screen that you are working on with all the fields and you then have to start entering all details from scratch again. It can be very frustrating.
