  1. When a user duplicates a template with automations in the workflow, the automations do not duplicate. It would increase adoption to have the option to duplicate the automation workflow when you duplicate the template.

  7. On our website, we have a form for prospective employees to fill out. This form includes their name and email address as well as whether or not a second signature would be needed (for minors). Once they fill it out, the form gets emailed to HR and they then use the information provided on the form and send our application in PandaDoc. Having the ability to automatically send the application would improve our on-boarding experience and free up time for HR to work on other projects.

  10. I would really like another variable called "Sent" to select from on the PandaDoc side of this automation. My Pipeline is set up with a quoting stage and a Negotiations/follow-up stage, and it would be nice if the status could change as soon as the quote is sent, rather than just upon completion or declination.

  11. Move a document from one workspace to another upon an event.
    For example, an organization wants a separate workspace for all their executed contracts to make sure only people with permissions can access those.
    An automation that would move a contract upon Completion to a certain workspace would achieve that.

  12. Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.

  13. Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

  14. Is it possible to have an export button in the window "Share link - INDIVIDUAL LINKS". An Excel file will be greater with one column name and one with the link for the signature

  16. I would like to attach a PDF to the Pipedrive deal if the PandaDoc document status is changed to "completed." Currently PandadDoc only allows me to attach a PDF to a Pipedrive deal if the document status is changed to "sent." All other CRM automations have the option to choose between "sent" or "completed," so I'm not sure why Pipedrive doesn't have the same automation.

  17. Please add a "overwrite/update content library" feature from documents so that as well as adding new content items, we can do this as well.

    Currently it is very time consuming to manually go to content library items to override these as well as templates that use the same content. At present, adding to existing content library items means having to go clean them up as extra pages are added on top of the existing one.

    In addition to the above, we can only add to the content library from active documents. Often sent documents are a very good source for…

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  18. Goal: With the focus on retention, it's more valuable than ever to know whether a customer/client is considering cancelling/ending the contract. One strong indicator of that is if they view the pandadoc weeks/months after signing it.

    Solution: Create a trigger within zapier or make.com when a document is viewed with the ability to filter for documents that have been completed by all participants. This will allow the document creator to be a step ahead in terms of knowing whether a client/customer may be considering ending the contract.
