  1. Right now we send out hundreds of PandaDoc's out each day. We have a sequence in HubSpot that auto emails the prospect that the will receive a proposal via PandaDoc the next day. Right now our sequence creates a task for each client to send the PandaDoc. It's all the same document. It sure would save a lot of time if we could automate the sending of the PandDoc.

  5. The customer wants to create an eform with us and wants to integrate it with Hubspot chat feature.
    Flow:
    Once a customer fill out a form, in which they express their interest for a service. They want to be able to chat with them and fix final doubts and then send the contract.

  8. I realize the big money seems to be in integrations with the larger CRM's. I would encourage you to look at Smart Suite which is a no code low code and I think will become gigantic in the near future. There are alot of companies (especially start ups that watch pennies closely) and would not pay for platforms like the Hubspots of the world out of the gate (when Smart Suite will automate to the same scale and degree for almost nothing in comparison). all of these companies will pay the money (or accounting and legal will force them too…

  15. Currently the document sequence number only appears in template name when creating a document from PandaDoc but not when creating it from HubSpot. We identify templates according to the sequence number so having this number appearing in the template name whatever way you access it is very important to us, because all our employees create documents from HubSpot.
