  1. When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.

I noticed that if we enter the incorrect email address for the signor/contact or if there is any other reason the email is not delivered/bounced/delayed, etc. PandaDoc does not send us any notification of delivery report so we will never know what happened... Anyway to send us notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered?

  5. For example, if you have your own PandaDoc account and someone sent the document for signing (signing order is enabled, you are one of the recipients but the first recipient didn't sign the document), you can see this document in your Inbox.
    It would be great to see the status/notification/message "Document is waiting for another person's signature" for this document, so the user won't be confused that he is able to sign it (when the document wasn't signed by the first recipient in signing order).

  6. I would like to have a customer be able to optionally make a payment from a completed document, but not require it ever time.

    Our use case is that I'm going to have a whole package that we'll send a customer once we've reached the right point in the process. It will have a Welcome letter, a Non-disclosure agreement, a copy of our W9, and an invoice for the service we are about to provide.

    Today, our payment options are them sending a check, or I'll give them bank account details they can send to via ACH. Eventually, I'd like…

  10. In case the document was sent with an incorrect contact information (first name or last name of the signatory), the signatory needs to have an option to verify their first and last name when they receive the document and be able to change it before signing the document, in case of a typo.

  12. The option to have the translation assigned to the recipient, so that the templates will switch the language depending on which recipient receives the message.
    For instance, if recipient A speaks German, and recipient B speaks Spanish, then Recipient A will see the document in German, and recipient B in Spanish without the need to change the recipient's view language manually.

  13. Are you kidding me?! Why would a recipient have the ability to delete anything from a contract? We need the ability to prevent a recipient from doing this.

    Further, the audit trail needs to show ALL changes in the history. Currently it only shows that was sent, viewed, signed. If an attachment is deleted, I should see that in the audit trail.

  15. Make default auto-reminders every 3 days, like in docusing.

    While sending a document, would be good to see how often reminders would be sent (put the checkbox with options: every 3 days, every 7 days, customize) .

    Is really inconvenient and extra work to look for the comment, go many extra steps to send one reminder.
