Quote builder - Ability to customize formatting (decimal place) for each column individually.
When changing the decimal place in the quote builder all numbers in the quote builder change. As an example lets say we change it to 3 places.
This can be very nice for showing the price of an item that can be to 3 decimal places, but for showing the total, it can be confusing to have 3 decimal places as it can be confused with a denominator separator.
Example: at a price of .055, 23220 units are purchased. So the total price shows up as 1,509.300 which can look like 1.5 million. When really it is just 1.5k and…2 votes -
Optional line items in pricing table should not display price/quantity when unselected
When a line item is marked as optional in the pricing table, it currently displays the full price and quantity even when unselected by the recipient. The only visual indicators that the item is not included are the greyed-out styling and an unchecked checkbox. In formal contract and proposal contexts, this creates a risk of misinterpretation, as recipients may read the visible price as part of the agreed total.
The request is to provide an option for document creators to hide or zero out the price and quantity on unselected optional items, or to display a clearer visual distinction (such…2 votes -

Discount Allocation by Pricing Group: Show Final One‑Time Total (with Discounts) and Separate Monthly Total
Feature Request Description:
Summary:
-Enable users to present two clean totals at the bottom of a quote— a final one‑time total that includes all applicable discounts and a separate recurring monthly total—without discount spillover between groups.Problem:
-When a discount is applied at the total level in PandaDoc, it is distributed across the entire pricing table. This prevents users from showing a discounted one‑time total while keeping the monthly total unaffected. Current workarounds—such as splitting content into multiple pricing tables or quote builder blocks—do not resolve the core limitation because total‑level discounts cannot be allocated to only one of the…3 votes -

Disable “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields from auto showing on document when generating docs via HubSpot
When creating a document via HubSpot, the “Total Section Value” and “Total Contract Value” fields automatically show. Would like a way to disable this so that we don't have to hide them after generating the document.

bedragen gescheiden

Independent decimal precision control for tax percentage display in Quote Builder
Currently, the tax rate display precision in Quote Builder is tied to the global currency decimal places setting, causing rates like 8.875% to be rounded to 8.88% with no independent control for percentage fields.
Users need the ability to set decimal precision for tax percentage display independently of currency formatting.

Option to have line items show as n/a in the Pricing table
Having $0.00 line items show as n/a in the Pricing table would be a great addition. It would allow for more flexibility for our company while creating proposals using the Data pulled from our CRM.

Dynamic Payment Processing Fees by Payment Method
Is there a way to pass through payment processing fees to the customer based on their selected payment method?
Currently, I apply a flat 3% “Credit Card Fee” to invoices, but bank transfer/ACH processing fees are actually lower. I’d like to offer customers multiple payment options while only charging the applicable processing fee for the method they choose, rather than charging ACH/bank transfer customers the higher credit card rate.
Ideally, this would:
Automatically adjust the fee based on payment method
Clearly display the fee breakdown to the customer
Allow lower-cost payment methods like ACH/bank transfer to have reduced fees
Still…
