  1. Limit Salesforce Opportunity status trigger to specific templates

    PandaDoc's native trigger settings allow for any document on an opportunity to change the stage. Sometimes customers send multiple documents from an opportunity and need for only certain templates to trigger status changes.

    We’ve just rolled out the updated PandaDoc integration for Pipedrive!

    You’ll now see:

    • A brand-new UI directly inside Pipedrive
    • Support for CPQ
    • Powerful Sync Rules (e.g. Attach PDF, Update deal properties, Sync Line Items)

    If something doesn’t work right away:

    Please disconnect and reconnect the integration to refresh everything:

    1. In PandaDoc, disconnect Pipedrive
    2. In Pipedrive, uninstall the PandaDoc app
    3. Reinstall it for all users and re-authenticate

  11. Option to turn off Download as .docx

    Downloading a PandaDoc to Word does not work correctly; random page breaks, missing letters from word that are spelled correctly, and no fillable fields. I would like to be able to turn off the option to download as a .docx on the workspace level or on the templates so the only download option is as a PDF file.

    An email address can be validated with text field validation functionality. You can easily configure that in the template and then a document won’t be sent if at least 1 validation is failed.
