Role for Recipient Approver
Have a role for the recipient to be setup as the Approver. This way we will be able to send the document to an approver on the recipient side, and then allow the approver to forward the document to a different recipient who can sign on behalf of the recipient.

Notification on approved/rejected to particular recipient mail using conditional rule
There is an employee and supervisor when the admin send a timesheet to the employee he/she should look into the timesheet and can edit it if needed. Once he is done with the timesheet, it should route to the supervisor, he'll check and give approval/decline, which should be notified to the employee like the timesheet is Approved/Denied.

Ability to create a "Standard Approval Workflow"
The goal is to make it easy to set up a standard process for approving documents by creating a template group that includes "Legal," "Finance," and "Compliance." This group can then be added to any new document or template that needs to go through the approval process.

A Collaborator with Approver Access
Client would like a person in the approval group to be able to suggest edits, but still be able to approve the document at the end of the workflow. Current if you're a collaborator you're unable to also approve a document. Instead of listing the same email for collaborator and approval group (and more importantly to eliminate the approval email that goes out) the client would like the collaborator to be able to suggest edits and then approve the document on the spot without further next steps post suggesting edits.

Multi-team approval workflow
As a second request, I’d love to have multiple approval workflows with ability to send back 1 level and not back to the start of the approval process. For instance, if 1 group is accountable for wording, 1 for legal and 1 for pricing. I don’t want someone adjusting pricing to require everything to start from the beginning again.

Approval Workflow for non-pricing conditions
Can we set up an approval process for non-pricing related things? For example, if a contract payment term is different than the default? Etc,
What happens is that from time to time there are payment terms that differ from what our MSA would normally say. These terms need to go through an approval process through our managers. Right now, it looks like the only workflow/approval that you have is through pricing discounts. Is there a way to send it to a workflow based on delayed payments/differing payment terms (other than upfront), special contract start dates, etc.?

Add a block for Approved/Rejected documents that are in an approval Workflow
After a document goes through the approval process they stay in the "For Approval" block once they have been approved or rejected. It would be nice for them to move to to a Approved block or a Rejected block for visual confirmation of the process being completed instead of them staying in the "For Approval" until they are sent or Re-submitted for Approval.
