We use HubSpot but the issue is the same - all contacts on the deal are being copied in on a contract that is only supposed to go to the signer. The person creating the contract should be asked to select signers and CC recipients, rather than having to manually delete contacts one-by-one.

Problem example in the case of a staffing company: a Salesforce record contains both customer and consultant Contact records, but they should NOT be in cc on the PandaDoc contracts sent to the other party.
Diagnosis: when generating a PandaDoc document from a Salesforce record, PandaDoc seems to automatically pull the emails into cc of every Contact record that appears on that Salesforce record - can this step be removed so that cc's are entered manually?
