Page thumbnails for recipients: Show left-hand navigation panel at the recipient's view
Hide the TOC on the document but leave the left-hand panel with headings for recipient to easily navigate across the document, i.e. the TOC is not visible on the document page, but headings are visible on the left

Unlock the ability to switch between different document pages from the left-handed panel. Recipients cannot navigate through the document from the left-handed panel, only by scrolling
