[Localization] Variables displayed in other languages

The customer would like to see variables be able to be displayed in other languages, not just english.

Specifically, including system variables that contain text such as the ones generated from Quote Builder blocks (billing frequency: per month, per year, etc.) when localization is applied. Currently, it remains in English even if a different language is selected.

When selecting a variable, for French to be the language available within the variable title.
