Redirect recipient to a custom URL upon completion
Ability to redirect a recipient to a custom URL when they complete a document.
Hey there! Great news – the redirect after completion feature is now available for early access 🎉Â
With this feature, you can specify a redirect URL in any template or document for your signers. Once turned on, it seamlessly directs the signer to the chosen URL after they finish the signing process.
If you're interested in enabling it for your use, feel free to message me back.

This would be another game changer for us. If we are able to get customers redirected to our onboarding page after making the payment it would cut down our sales process signifcantly. Please do this! Thank you

When a recipient filled out a form next action was to automatically direct the user to a new form to be filled out

Hi Igor
i'm interested with this feature. My customers have to sign my quotes with pandadoc and then I need them to redirect to a subcription form URL (generic or with custom parameters). Can you add me to early access feature please?

Our use of this feature would permit redirection to a cloud based personalized questionnaire for the client that is only required if the client signs the agreement. We would handle this through the API tracking client specific responses.

Redirect to a website once the document is completed

Absolutely needed. Would be auto-emailed out, once completion it would redirect to our onboarding funnel. Please build QUICKLY!

This would be great to use with PandaDoc, especially since we've already used the same feature with a competitor in the past. In short, when the document has been signed we would redirect the client to a landing page on our website so they can continue to the next step of the process. This helped move things along, eliminating friction, and promoting an efficient process.

Hi,
Ideally, you should be able to configure a different redirect URL for each signatory. After the signatory signed the document, he should be automatically redirected (without any action performed other than completing the signature process) to the return URL that was given for the current signatory when the document was submitted for signature.

Hi,Â
thanks for following up on this. I'm using PandaDoc as part of my sales process in a niche which is a mix of B2B and B2C.Therefore, I need the sales process to be at least semi-automated and seamless as much as possible.I use PandaDoc to send detailed price quotes to my prospective customers along with other details about the company detailing why they should use our services. They have the option to accept our quote. Later, we require their full company details to plan the service. Redirecting them to a custom URL would allow us to, for example, show them a video with the explanation of what is going to happen next, a reminder of how exactly our services are conducted, and then a form in which they should provide us with their company details. In theory, it could all be done in one document, but there are three reasons for which I'd like to have it as a redirection to a different url:Requiring the customers to put down too many details in forms before accepting the quote will likely make them defer the acceptance, because they might notÂ
have the time to put it down right there and then, which will likely make some customers forget about the process altogether or just prolong the sales process unnecessarilyYour forms are not particularly responsive and can be cumbersome to work with on mobile devices — it'd be better to redirect customers to a form that is easier to use, which will, in turn,Â
result in higher form completion ratesYour forms are also not particularly well integrated with external data storages. Getting the information put down in forms was not possible to do in an automated way, last time I checked.
The benefits of using a form that allows for that are rather obvious. Also, in order to facilitate automating the automating process I'd need to have the pandaDoc id of the document the user was redirected from appended as a parameter in the url.Â
Do you think that'd be possible?
If you need any additional information, I'll be happy to help. -

This is great! Our clients will complete a disclosure notice and then be redirected to a training video.
