Drop down menu in forms that will populate fields based on drop down selection
example: I need information on a portfolio of building (number of building is between 1-25)
I have 5 duplicate questions I need answered for EACH individual building. The Drop down would ask how many building would you like to include and based on the number selection, the form will populate my 5 questions questions x the number of buildings.

I have a similar use case where a department is selected, and only the jobs for that department are available to choose from other drop-down lists.
