This is important to help identify which recipient company the document belongs to. A name alone is not enough

"under the "waiting for others" view all you see is the recipient's name, which for me doesn't mean anything without knowing the company the person is from so displaying an email address as well or instead of the name would be more useful at the moment i have to click into the doc to find out that info" - supplychain@altavia-uk.com
