Ability to Initiate the signing of a document based on a template when a record is created in Dynamics 365. This process may involve one or more custom tables as the base record not necessarily lead or quote.

We need to monitor the signing status within the same record, capturing information about signatories and those who are still pending signature.

We must send the document on a particular event we define in our business process. This won't be a manual trigger.

For example, when a process reaches a particular stage, we need to trigger the document 12 hr after the completion of that event.
