As per client: "Is there anyway when a card declines it can show the customer the reason why? (spending limit, CVV mismatch, wrong zip code, etc.). Right now, all it says is “unable to process payment”. When we were running credit cards directly into the Truist portal, it would tell us the reason why the card was being declined. Also, is there any way they can the option to type in USA instead of United States for the country? This is really tripping up our customers."
