Follow up of quotation
Currently Pandadoc quotes are clunky - relies on remembering all your quotations. Follow up is key to understand the client has not had issues with receiving the quotation etc...
If Pandadoc is really serious about improving this space a followup sequence needs to be implemented i.e. suggest 3 follows 1st is courtesy, 2nd is there anything we can do to move the sale along, 3rd is we're here for you but if you are not currently able to follow through please get in touch with us when you are ready. We need to be able to set dates for the followup to suit the client (the sales person knows and understands the client.)
