Remove ''New Form'' document has been completed by all participants email for anyone who has completed a form
I work for a clinic and we were thinking of using PandaDoc for consent forms before treatment.
Its a bit frustrating that every patient who has completed the same form will receive an automated email saying 'all participants have completed the form'
This seems a bit useless and unneccesary? If it wasn't for this function, PandaDoc would be absolutely perfect for what we need it for!3 votes -

Ability to configure what eform emails
When an eform is filled out an email is sent to the initiator. I understand that this is so that the initiator can have access. It would be nice to turn off this if the eForm is so short that this is unlikely, OR the ability to customize the language in the email so that the purpose of the email can be explained. Change the email of the form signer once the form is completed
When the forms has different roles and once role has the wrong email, to have an option to change the wrong email in the completed form without resending it or erasing all the filled details.

Customer wants the ability to remove the recipient's name as the sender of the document in the email subject when they initiate a Form or the ability to turn off this notification so the recipient doesn't receive it entirely. Having the recipient's name there might cause confusion for their recipients and it could cause more work for them.
