Channel quote / Pricing

Link quantities in pricing table
The ability to link multiple quantities together in a pricing table - for example, if the recipient doubled the quantity of one item, another item quantity would automatically double.

Show 2 decimal digits when rounding the price, discard the digits that go next
When calculating and rounding prices in the PT, 2 decimal digits should be taken into account. The third/forth, etc. digits should be discarded. I.e. if the calculation results in 100,0053, the price should be displayed as 100,00, not 100,01
