Hi there! Unfortunately we aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap. An error occurred while saving the comment This is SO needed. Even if it was an error that the size upload has exceeded the size limits. Could also offer the option like in Hubspot and Wordpress where you can resize right there in the upload process.

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:
- You can use Conditional Content to pass images as variables. Please see more here.
- Passing images is also available via Pricing table or Quote Builder. Check this link for more info.

An error occurred while saving the comment This was something we really wanted to be able to do ourselves. We had hoped we could edit the email button to say download document but that doesn't seem to be the case. It would need the download action as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is absolutely critical for me but through Salesforce and not just Pipedrive.
This is a really big issue for us and it seems to be such a standard piece of the email process.
