  4. Currently, for a user completing a form, they will automatically receive 2 email notifications: 1 for that they've completed the form (but the language is confusing) and 1 when the form is complete. These messages are confusing to an end user who has the experience of completing a form and does not expect any further action.

    Could notifications be turned on or off in by User? Where the roles are defined, could there be an additional choice to have them select email notifications when 1. Their part is complete 2. When the document is completed by all?

  5. Nearly every feature on PandaDoc is conveniently available from most context menus in the documents tab except for the function to send a reminder which requires you to go through several tabs inside the document to reach. It would save me a lot of time and help me avoid double-sending reminders if it was easier to reach.

  10. Would like the ability to move image library from one workspace to another easily.
    They have an extensive image library set up and it would be time intensive for them to recreate the library one item at a time.

  11. It would be nice to have a printdriver feature that allowed us to print from our tax software or adobe directly to PandaDoc and not have to print to adobe them upload the document to PandaDoc.

  14. Ability to change workspaces within Zoom/PandaDoc App.
    This would be extremely helpful for those that are sharing items from multiple workspaces that require signature.
    Ex:
    New hire completing documents for HR then IT.
    CSM sharing an engagement event deck in CS and then having a client sign a renewal offer in Sales Engagement.

  15. the ability to copy and paste line items; especially when you're giving a large facility a quote per department, and writing the same line item 30-40 times. The ability to copy the first line item and paste it 30+ times would greatly reduce the setup time for creating a large quote the first time.
