  7. Automatically update the number of seats according to the number of users. Specifically:
    *delete a seats when a user is deleted from all the workspaces (at the moment 15 Sept 2020 the seat is only automatically added when there are no spare seats and a user is invited)

  10. I don't know if this is something Microsoft is doing, but it appears this way - I think Outlook recognises that the "from" address of the person sending the email is different from emails previously received from that person.

    Can you please investigate, or suggest some ways to stop this from happening? For example, can we use our own Outlook SMTP server?

  11. Be able to retract a bulk send easier. Right now, if you make an error the only workaround is to delete each document individually from the bulk send folder. Typically, there are many docs to delete with a bulk send (up to 1000).

  14. At the moment (25 August 2020) it is possible to pull only the following contacts fields when you create a document from Company record in Hubspot : first name, last name, email address, phone, company name, job title, street address, city, postal code, country, state/region. The feature request is to be able to push contacts date of birth & contacts custom fields when you create a document from the Company record in Hubspot

  15. More descriptive error messages for PDF printing blocked by pop-up blocker.
    The error message says "something went wrong with pdf file generation" and Support confirmed that the error is caused when a browser blocks popups. The error message would be more useful if it instructed the user to disable popup blockers.

  19. The option to have just a list for every template where you just can see the links and the emails assigned to it, and create new links in that list. Because right now you always have to create a document ,have it loaded in front of your eyes though it is always the same and then create your link/email.
