Flatten PDFs before the upload
If the PDF is not flattened, some content can be missed after upload

we have a serious need for this. we often have 30-40 docs that are added to any email and users cannot be responsible for flattening that many docs using a 3rd party tool prior to importing to PandaDoc. we are dealing with insurance quotes/applications and we cannot bind these policies when information is shifting on docs. thank you!

Came across support ticket
it was pulling a text element from the uploaded PDF. Gave the customer an error that there
was a text block and they were in eSign account.
Resolution was to flatten using external tools.
Please add this step to the upload process before uploading into PandaDoc to clean up -

When uploading pdf files, users are complaining that their names are spelled wrong. When comparing the original pdf file to the file once uploaded into pandadoc, the two don't match. There are gaps in the words and some letters are missing which makes it appear as if the documents are incorrect.
