An error occurred while saving the comment Please add Title to the list of fillable fields we'd like supported. These could be toggled on and off in the workspace settings, so only applicable fillable fields would populate in the Fillable Fields section per doc. We wouldn't necessarily need all those listed in the original post, but we really need the ability to set Placeholder text since we commonly use Full Name and Title.
Some pushback we've received from our users is that the default 'Value' placeholder is confusing our clients, and they will enter the value of the proposal and not read what the field is meant for. This is causing too much back-and-forth with the client and preventing closing deals because of it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news - mass actions with fields is now available on templates, documents and forms!
You can now select multiple fields by pressing Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while selecting several fields. Selected fields will become framed in blue and can be assigned all at once!
Learn more about this functionality here.
You can also assign all fields at once on the document level before you send the document.
- If you have only one recipient, all the fields in your document will be assigned to them automatically as soon as you click Send > Send via email/Share via link.
- If you have more than one recipient, you can click Send and select Assign all at the top panel and assign all fields to one of the recipients.

We wanted to share an update regarding zooming in or out of the document. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.
We appreciate your understanding.An error occurred while saving the comment we can currently zoom in from our PC controls, but then you can't see the call to action bar. i'm surprised this doesn't exist already within pandadoc

Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover this scenario namely:
We hope these releases can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
An error occurred while saving the comment we also need this feature. sometimes our users need to add A LOT of separate files (sometimes 40 docs, rarely around 80 docs but it happens). is this due to a mb limitation?

Hi there 👋
I'm excited to share that we've made it easier to update recipient details and reassign fields to another signer—even after you've hit Send.
Here's how it works:
1. Open a sent document.
2. Navigate to the settings of a recipient who hasn’t signed the document yet.
3. Click the action button:
– "Edit personal details" to update any information related to this recipient (e.g. Email, First Name, Last Name).
– "Change signer" to reassign fields to another signer.
– "Remove from document" to remove a CC recipient. Actually, now you can add and remove CC recipients not only in a sent document but even in a completed one.

I'm excited to share that Linked Fields 🔗 functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.
Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.
To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.

Great news!
The new color palette for fillable fields is now available to everybody.
While this does not allow you to pick colors for recipients, we've chosen eight distinct colors that will be assigned to the recipients automatically, depending on their order. These distinct colors will fix the issue of two recipients having similar colored fillable fields. We've carefully selected these new colors to not only pass the contrast checker, but also to make sure that they are easily distinguishable for individuals with color blindness.
For use cases that require you to pick colors for branding, customization or any reason other than distinguishability, please upvote this idea: Ability to pick/change colors of fillable fields.

we have a serious need for this. we often have 30-40 docs that are added to any email and users cannot be responsible for flattening that many docs using a 3rd party tool prior to importing to PandaDoc. we are dealing with insurance quotes/applications and we cannot bind these policies when information is shifting on docs. thank you!
