  5. Pre-sign template (or a Form): Fill in signature on template level

    Implement the ability to fill in a signature field on the template level (For example, if a sender wants to have his/her signature field filled in before sending all the documents which are created from this template).

  6. Page number visible in web version

    Currently, page numbers on the footer is available for printed document version only. The proposal is also make this visible in the PandaDoc template/document.

  8. Edit / customize text in all email notifications including Completion or Signed Email Message

    Client would like option to edit the email that is sent when a document is completed. They have content they'd like to automatically share only once document is complete.

  9. [Word Import]: When MS Word documents are uploaded to PandaDoc, the page size mirrors the original document settings.

    The Word page size is not kept after it is uploaded to PandaDoc.

  14. Permissions for specific documents: Private documents (Password protect documents internally)

    Have an option to create a private document where only the account owner/user can have an access to.
    Restrict/lock documents from other Admins View.

  15. [Word Import] Headers and footers are consistently retained without alteration when importing documents from MS Word to PandaDoc.

    To reduce the need for repetitive manual adjustments.

    "Firstly, when pulling in documents from Word, customers lose the ability to retain the footer in each section."
    "Similarly, whenever importing a document that contains a with certain cells merged, the content itself is not properly displayed in its original format."

  18. [Word Import] Import complex MS Word features such as SmartArt to maintain the integrity of the original documents.

    Due to the limitations for converting MS Word Docs into editable PandaDoc templates/documents, some design features in MS Word are not imported (for ex. SmartArt)
