An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedWhen receiving completed documents, the issue with having to search via email of the recipient gets muddy. Having the ability to search via one of the fillable fields, such as the child’s name would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedFor the hubspot + panda integration, can we create workflows in hubspot based on actions taken in a panda document. For instance, with the analytics feature (page views, clicks, etc.), do you know if that can be reported back into hubspot to trigger another email? I wasn’t sure if that data was reported into hubspot as well or if that only lives in the Panda platform.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedAs we were building a template yesterday with the sales team, we realized that there were many sections where we wanted to give guidance to users on what they can do with a particular section. It would be great if the template had a place to drop comments to give instructions on users when they are building out the document. Once the document is sent, those comments would obviously disappear, as they are internal and not meant for the end user.

An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedFor the manual complete, just give an option in the three dots drop down list, for changing the status from (draft, sent, viewed) to completed when the document is opened. Same as what version 1 had.
This one you have to go to the full ‘created by me list’ (line by line) and use the three dots to get the ‘change status’ line, but some documents that get approved are older and way down on the list. Typically when a client calls to approve, we open zoho to create the job, so I click on the sent panda doc to complete (as its quicker than searching the panda doc list)
If you open the panda doc from within zoho, (so you have the full document open that was sent) there is no manual complete. So this open page also needs the ‘change status’ option as well.Molly Abrams shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedshould be able to add a picture into the text box (like 1.0 has) with the writing (sometimes a small reference pic is a nice touch but don’t need a half page block for it.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Molly Abrams commentedFrom Customer - What I am requesting is to have a parameter where we can stop a role from deleting a COMPLETED document, which is not available currently in Pandadoc.The only related parameter that is available is : “Can delete other's documents”, which doesn’t not answer to our requirement.So even if I created a customized role the parameter is not available.
Therefore I am suggesting, to either add the parameter, or better if a user deletes any document (whether completed or sent or drafted) to send it to a recycle Bin Folder , where the access to that folder can be parametric, and only specific roles can delete documents in that folder.
When document packets are sent out in “Bulk” to clients, upon completion when they all start coming back in, there is no way to print the bulk documents out without having to go into each document.
