Document deletion restriction for non-admins/managers / restrict deleting completed documents
There should be a possibility to prevent a user from deleting a document, especially after it gets sent for approval (through the workflow). that should be an admin/manager only function.
Ability to only delete drafts and approved contracts, but not signed contracts

From Customer - What I am requesting is to have a parameter where we can stop a role from deleting a COMPLETED document, which is not available currently in Pandadoc.The only related parameter that is available is : “Can delete other's documents”, which doesn’t not answer to our requirement.So even if I created a customized role the parameter is not available.
Therefore I am suggesting, to either add the parameter, or better if a user deletes any document (whether completed or sent or drafted) to send it to a recycle Bin Folder , where the access to that folder can be parametric, and only specific roles can delete documents in that folder.
