Having separate repository and folders within Image Library
- separate repository in side bar (like Content library)
- folders within Image library
Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!

Such a shame its not in the product yet, we need a central place to manage images for documents.
Now we need to open a document / template first to upload / organize images.
Should be a really nice Quality of Life improvement.
And since its been open for over 4 Years. ****... -

- repository in the side bar (like the content library) for image library.
- ability to EDIT/Rename the file names of the photos previously uploaded - this will make the search work. -

When building proposals in PandaDoc, this feature would be pivotal. While it's easy to pull what's already been uploaded, there is no way to see the inventory of what exists to continue ensuring the image library is updated.!

My marketing team is serving a big sales group in multiple workspaces. It is currently inefficient to have to recreate the image library in each workspace to have all images available for everyone.

Agreed and plus 1. We have all of our testimonials as image files and we want to use the image library to insert or swap out testimonials but they need to be organized in folders to make this useful. Currently, users have to click into each one to read the testimonial to see if it is fitting for the proposal.

It is VERY difficult to have to go into a document and add an image box to then be able to go into the image library.
Having an Image Library icon on the lefthand menu to be able to access it in the same way we access the content library would be ideal.
This would allow us to add and remove images as well as check if the image already exists in our PandaDoc image library. -

Having an image library folder from which to organize/edit/add and delete images would make life so much easier!

Hello! Love PandaDoc. One thing — it would be great if there were an icon on the left where you could easily go and organize your image library, just like the content library. It is hard to have to drop in an image in a template in order to rename or delete images from the image library. I hope this will be a future update. Thanks in advance for your consideration!
