This is absolutely critical to show the legality of the signatures. We will be unable to use PandaDoc otherwise.

I also agree with Erin Clancy. For audit purposes, or due diligence items when going out for investors, this is critically important.
We want to be able to have all the data points - who approved and when, who signed and when, etc. How long it took to approve would be great as well.

This is extremely necessary for documentation of the signatures.

I would like to second what @Erin Clancy writes. For many real-world applications of Pandadoc, being able to document when and how a document was sent, viewed (or not viewed) is critical. In practically all these cases, the audit trail will need to be shown to a third party (e.g. other contractual counterparties, expert witnesses or even in court). Time and IP addresses of the sending/viewing/signing events are the very least.

My client wants to download the analytics of one specific completed document. They want this to be the basis for their docs transaction for every client that they have on their end.
This is for their legal case that they are being prompted to provide the original data analytics. -

I rely on PandaDoc to sign hundreds of legal contracts every year, and I'm genuinely surprised and beyond disappointed that such a basic/obvious feature is missing from a platform as big as PandaDoc. Simply copying and pasting the audit trail is not adequate for legally enforcing a contract or validating an e-signature, if and when necessary. This feature should have been available before the launch. I sincerely hope for an immediate resolution to this issue.

Without having this option the number of cases is much restricted in which PandaDoc is suitable for being used.

Exporting audit trail data to a .cvs or other file is needed.

Specifically the ability to export the audit trail for our records. It would be great to have the option to attach it to the final, generated doc, similar to the IP/signer report.
-
Option to print out the audit trail or add it to the signature certificate

I second Eugene Lazovsky's comment below. We use Pandadoc as an HR tool to collect signatures and an export or print option of the audit trail would be incredibly helpful. Copying and pasting does not capture the doc title/details and depletes the authenticity. Screen grabbing does not do the trick because it is often longer than a couple pages. Would be a huge help! Thank you.

We are using PandaDoc as an employee onboarding and HR tool for employee doc signatures. Many times we will need to show proof of the trail that we offered the candidate the job...or that we sent hiring paperwork or a EE document out to be signed and multiple reminders, but the EE "refused" by viewing and not signing.
