Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that it is on the roadmap and we will begin working on it soon. Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out about this and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we are developing something similar that addresses the most common feedback related to field colors - confusion with similar colored fields.
While this enhancement does not allow you to pick the colors for assignees, it will ensure that no two assignees will have similar colored fields.
The new color palette will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via alerts inside PandaDoc and here on our idea portal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news - mass actions with fields is now available!
You can now select multiple fields by pressing Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while selecting several fields. Selected fields will become framed in blue and can be moved, assigned or deleted all at once.

Mass actions are available to everybody for Fillable Fields, and a similar functionality is being rolled out for Content Blocks. Mass actions for Content Blocks should be available to all within the next few weeks. Stay tuned! -
