    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  5. Currently the subject of the email when a document is sent from a template is the name of the template and a message has to be written each time a document is sent via a template. I suggest that each template can have a custom default email subject and message that is filled into these areas and is able to be edited when sent but is auto filled to a the pre-set subject and message

  6. Please add a "overwrite/update content library" feature from documents so that as well as adding new content items, we can do this as well.

    Currently it is very time consuming to manually go to content library items to override these as well as templates that use the same content. At present, adding to existing content library items means having to go clean them up as extra pages are added on top of the existing one.

    In addition to the above, we can only add to the content library from active documents. Often sent documents are a very good source for…

  10. Webhook retries - can only do manually on some unsuccessful hooks. If PandaDoc detects the hook hasn’t been accepted - retry automatically.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists.

    PandaDoc makes 3 attempts to deliver a webhook. After this, you can manually retry failed webhooks, as shown in the picture.

  11. Automation: if the connected opportunity in Salesforce is closed, then the PandaDoc document would move to completed status, without a checkbox/signature/call to action.

  12. Right now the automations are from the template level, which means you can't customize the documents in each automation based on the client. This causes automations to be useless for those who need to customize the docs. I suggest introducing document-level automations in order to build the docs you need then set up an automation based on those.

  13. I would also like to add extra pages to the PandaDoc document based on the products I add to the pricing table. For example, if I add a pen (1st position) then the document is automatically extended by an information page about the pen.

    Hi, we have good news! We have already started working on this feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via a notification inside PandaDoc.

  14. I'd love to see a sync with Quickbooks Online in order to create and send a QB invoice upon the PandaDoc being signed.

    Right now, I'm currently having to figure out how to use Zapier to connect Hubspot/PandaDoc/Quickbooks and this would drastically simplify the process.

    I’m thrilled to share the latest developments on our enhanced Pipedrive integration, which will soon include Sync Rules (aka 2-Way Sync) and CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) capabilities.


    Here’s what we are building:


    CPQ Functionality: Users will be able to create, configure, and send price quotes directly from Pipedrive deals.


    Enhanced Interface: A modern tabbed interface within Pipedrive will feature dedicated "Documents" and "Workflows" tabs, enhancing the organization and accessibility of essential tools.


    Unified Search Experience: This feature will enable users to seamlessly search for existing documents and workflows within Pipedrive.


    Sync Rules: We're implementing the ability to sync document statuses and data back to Pipedrive records, addressing our number one user request and ensuring data consistency across systems.


    We are dedicated to supporting both US and EU data centers to serve our global customer base effectively.
