Auto-update content library item once updated in a document/template
Please add a "overwrite/update content library" feature from documents so that as well as adding new content items, we can do this as well.
Currently it is very time consuming to manually go to content library items to override these as well as templates that use the same content. At present, adding to existing content library items means having to go clean them up as extra pages are added on top of the existing one.
In addition to the above, we can only add to the content library from active documents. Often sent documents are a very good source for updating the content library. If possible, being able to update from sent/completed documents would be great also.
Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!

It would be such a time saver to have items that are edited in the content library and used in templates automatically update the templates. Instead today when a change needs to be made, the change has to occur on the content library item AND the templates that use that piece of content. With a lot of templates using the same piece of content, it would save so much time if these changes cascaded down to the templates.

The client wants it vise versa, when content has been updated through the Library he/she wants the doc or template to be updated as well.

The other side of this as well - the ability to have a content library item automatically updated in templates and documents that has it.
