  1. when an envelope was returned as signed and the opportunity updated to close won it would put the close date to that day. This meant our opportunities are always dated the date it was signed.

  3. If we send a contract to be signed and the customer signs it as is, to automate the countersignature from our legal team. If no changes are made (no redlining), they don't need to see it.

  4. update a deal status in hubspot when using a bulk send (possibly with Zapier). So when a document from the bulk send is completed - update a deal status to completed.

  9. When status changed to Completed, generate a draft document. E.g. when a Quote template is approved, create a draft Invoice to be sent later.

    This would be useful for a lot of service-based businesses who invoice after work is complete
