  1. We use a pandadoc sequence number "Contract Number X" on all Hubspot deals. When a document is completed, would like deal property "Contract Number" to be updated automatically with X.

  2. When status changed to Completed, generate a draft document. E.g. when a Quote template is approved, create a draft Invoice to be sent later.

    This would be useful for a lot of service-based businesses who invoice after work is complete

  3. I'd love to see a sync with Quickbooks Online in order to create and send a QB invoice upon the PandaDoc being signed.

    Right now, I'm currently having to figure out how to use Zapier to connect Hubspot/PandaDoc/Quickbooks and this would drastically simplify the process.

  6. Instead of re-copy and pasting the variable whenever you make some changes like renaming, it's better if they could be synced so no need to copy and paste again.

  11. If we send a contract to be signed and the customer signs it as is, to automate the countersignature from our legal team. If no changes are made (no redlining), they don't need to see it.

  17. As of now, only Sites are allowed with the SharePoint integrations, with the technology evolving, most MS integrations now use Teams, I hope you could allow Teams rather than just Sites
