  1. Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

  2. Add the ability to send completed docs to specific folders via Variable token. We split our proposals up by company folders. If I could assign a variable token to each folder that would correspond with the variable token on the doc then I could fully automate this and not have to manually deposit proposals into there correct folders!

  3. I would like to attach a PDF to the Pipedrive deal if the PandaDoc document status is changed to "completed." Currently PandadDoc only allows me to attach a PDF to a Pipedrive deal if the document status is changed to "sent." All other CRM automations have the option to choose between "sent" or "completed," so I'm not sure why Pipedrive doesn't have the same automation.

  4. Example: google calandar event invite. Add pandadoc templates so with click of a button event is made and pandadoc docs are made.

  5. I would really like another variable called "Sent" to select from on the PandaDoc side of this automation. My Pipeline is set up with a quoting stage and a Negotiations/follow-up stage, and it would be nice if the status could change as soon as the quote is sent, rather than just upon completion or declination.

  8. Is there a way to request the link via email? So inside the PDF, the recipient would click a button that would request the link and the link would automatically be emailed to them.

  13. When a % payment is setup, create a way to request the balance after a period of time. The balance request should have the option to be triggered after a certain amount of time or requested manually. It should also allow to turn on the scheduled request at some point after the doc was signed. Nor example, I require a 50% deposit and the balance due net 30 when shipped. I need to be able to go back in and set up the thirty days when the item is shipped.

  18. I would like to map Audit Trail Events and statistics to Salesforce Event.

    In that way I have all aligned and Einstein that understand what happened in pandadoc files. I cannot see it in Automations :)

  19. Ability to update a field on the linked Dynamics entity(table) when the document status changes in PD. This is similar to the existing automations which update the Quote and Opportunity Stage in Dynamics. But this would work with any Dynamics table that is mapped to PD.

    The automation should either provide the ability to specify the Dynamics field to be updated, or it could use a hardcoded field (e.g. pd_docstatus) which would be added to the Dynamics table.

    The PandaDoc iframe in Dyanmics is great, but it requires users to manually monitor and respond to the PD status. This automation…

  20. When a new contact is added, a new Room gets created automatically for them as well (and they are added to it). That way, they are automatically able to view current and past documents in their "client portal".
