    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. While we currently don’t offer this feature, there are a few alternatives that exist to help achieve the desired result: 

    - Create a document from the desired template and use that document to create a Form (workaround for this is in the comments)

    - When clicking 'Create form', choose the desired template

    Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.

  10. most of our users prefer to create their documents, then download them and/or print them out instead of sending them out through PandaDoc or presenting them digitally in person. The problem there is that, even with an approval rule in place, it appears that users can still just create their document and download it, which would allow them to completely circumvent the approval process. That’s obviously a huge liability for us, which is why we’ve not made this particular service template available to anybody outside of our master workspace (which only very specific people can currently access).     Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Add the Collect Files field to your form, then publish it.
    2. If your recipient is using a mobile device, they can take a photo and upload it to the Collect Files field.
  16. Shrink the height of fields (text fields). You can shrink the height of signature fields, but the text fields stop at a certain point.
