It would be nice to have the formatting in the Pricing table properties instead of only at the top in the Doc value area

I want to change the number notation in the price table.
It currently is € 12,345.00 (American notation), and we want it to be € 12.345,00 (European notation).

I would prefer the ability to pass the currency and currency format from Salesforce to PandaDoc but this is a next-best option.

As a Canadian customer, it is frustrating that we have no way to display USD. When we set the currency to "USD", pandadoc omits the currency prefix and just displays a "$" sign. Here in Canada, the "$" sign refers to CAD, so we effectively have no way to do a quote/invoice/purchase order in USD.

Pricing table variables are currently displayed in dollars format. It would be helpful to be able to switch the format to a percentage or have additional variables in that format.
