Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

An error occurred while saving the comment As per client: "Is there anyway when a card declines it can show the customer the reason why? (spending limit, CVV mismatch, wrong zip code, etc.). Right now, all it says is “unable to process payment”. When we were running credit cards directly into the Truist portal, it would tell us the reason why the card was being declined. Also, is there any way they can the option to type in USA instead of United States for the country? This is really tripping up our customers."
