Ability to retain the information in the fields before it was forwarded

At our company, we regularly use PandaDoc to create documents for our clients to complete and send back to us. Often, more than one person at our client's company needs to input the required information. It is critical for our workflow to have the ability for a document to be forwarded between individuals within a client's company, allowing them to complete their respective fields and then send it back to the original owner for final sign-off, all without losing any of the completed information during the forwarding process.

Could you please let us know if there are any plans to develop this functionality? Such a feature would significantly enhance our efficiency and ensure a smoother collaboration process with our clients.

Provide the option for a signer to add additional details and then forward the document back to the original signer.

We use PandaDoc to create checklists for our clients to complete and send back to us. We have occasions where more than one person in the school has the information required. The functionality to enable someone to forward the document to someone else, for them to be able to complete some fields, and then send it back to the original owner for sign off (without losing any completed information when sending between them) would be really useful. Are there any plans to develop this functionality?

Is there an option to have a recipient fill in fields, then forward it to a different person to sign it without the already filled in fields to be wiped clear.

Note that signature forwarding doesn't even warn what it is going to do (reset the changes). That should be treated as a bug and fixed immediately to WARN the end user.

Allow the person to sign the document and then forward it to another person to sign saving the signature field and the fields signed on the first signer.
