Edit / customize text in all email notifications including Completion or Signed Email Message
Client would like option to edit the email that is sent when a document is completed. They have content they'd like to automatically share only once document is complete.
We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

We have a new service and have been looking for this option with all online signing software and we cannot find it. We are sticking with PandaDoc, so hopefully this will be introduced soon.

This should be a pretty easy one and very much wanted by your customers. When clients complete their documents, we should be able to send then a customized email, thank you, further instructions.

It would be helpful to have a way to customize the wording in the email sent out when a document is completed by all signers.

When a recipient clicks on an expired Document's signature link, there is a message displayed that the Document has expired and to contact the owner's name using the owner's email address ("for more information").
It may not be desirable to show the owners name for all use cases. Expand the properties of a Document so that there is some flexibility in how the Expiration message is displayed....

after a new employees signs their contract, we need to send instructions for onboarding... this would be the best place to include that information... and it is very important that we can include hyperlinks in that email to send them to certain websites/pages to complete info. thank you!!!!

It only makes sense that we should be able to customize the emails - especially the completed email - so that we can disclose the next steps in the process and begin a new client onboarding process. I hope someone is reading these comments and watching these ideas.
sending custom follow-up emails when a document is completed would be VERY helpful for our workflow.

Please change it to white or allow a custom color. Right now, it looks like an email from 2007.

Ability to adjust the "signed copy of a form" email message.

Select the text we want to send per recipient (ie: not the same for internal person than external recipient).

Option to send a customize email notitfication for the 2nd signer in the Signing order.
The ability to provide a message on the document completed email -- and just that one not the email when the document is initially sent.
