Edit / customize text in all email notifications including Completion or Signed Email Message
Client would like option to edit the email that is sent when a document is completed. They have content they'd like to automatically share only once document is complete.

Allow users to customize the "document has been completed by all participants" email that customers receive. Currently it just shows the subject name with "document has been completed by all participants" next to it and the link to open the document. It would be nice to have an option to customize this email to the business so customers see a personalized email.

Please consider working on developping this feature since your biggest competitor (Docusign) offers it. We don't need a full customisation of the email but at least a text box where we can write a custom message would work. We need to provide further instructions to our customers after the form is completed and we cannot do it currently.

We have a new service and have been looking for this option with all online signing software and we cannot find it. We are sticking with PandaDoc, so hopefully this will be introduced soon.

This should be a pretty easy one and very much wanted by your customers. When clients complete their documents, we should be able to send then a customized email, thank you, further instructions.

When a recipient clicks on an expired Document's signature link, there is a message displayed that the Document has expired and to contact the owner's name using the owner's email address ("for more information").
It may not be desirable to show the owners name for all use cases. Expand the properties of a Document so that there is some flexibility in how the Expiration message is displayed....

after a new employees signs their contract, we need to send instructions for onboarding... this would be the best place to include that information... and it is very important that we can include hyperlinks in that email to send them to certain websites/pages to complete info. thank you!!!!

It only makes sense that we should be able to customize the emails - especially the completed email - so that we can disclose the next steps in the process and begin a new client onboarding process. I hope someone is reading these comments and watching these ideas.
