Edit / customize text in all email notifications including Completion or Signed Email Message
Client would like option to edit the email that is sent when a document is completed. They have content they'd like to automatically share only once document is complete.

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

after a new employees signs their contract, we need to send instructions for onboarding... this would be the best place to include that information... and it is very important that we can include hyperlinks in that email to send them to certain websites/pages to complete info. thank you!!!!

It only makes sense that we should be able to customize the emails - especially the completed email - so that we can disclose the next steps in the process and begin a new client onboarding process. I hope someone is reading these comments and watching these ideas.

Select the text we want to send per recipient (ie: not the same for internal person than external recipient).

The ability to provide a message on the document completed email -- and just that one not the email when the document is initially sent.

Example: When a job offer goes to an employee, but first needs to be signed by an internal person. At the moment there can only e added one message, so everyone see one message, but it would be nice to send a message to the first signer a different from the other signers.

Add the approver group name to the notification email, in case the user is in multiple approval groups, so he can get the notification for different approval stages respective to the approval stage
