Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists.
PandaDoc makes 3 attempts to deliver a webhook. After this, you can manually retry failed webhooks, as shown in the picture.

add optional configurations to each registered webhook, that allows for automatic retry logic under specific scenarios, using an array of rules: (a) configurable return-status-codes that would trigger the retry, a delay in ms, and a max-number limit of retries.

feature is available from the Pricing Table, so having equivalent functionality on the Quote Builder should be prioritized.

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Being able to run any "available" Report from the API would allow for more interoperability between external systems

Maybe have an auto-send toggle (off by default to be backwards compatible) that would giver users an option to auto-send if they wanted to.

When a Document is Signed/Completed, it would be great to have a Document-level variable that represents the signed/completed Date, that could be used in our new TItles by Variables feature. Similarly, when payment gateways are involved, the paid date may be a valuable option as well. Currently, these dates are listed as available Document variables. also, add them to the get document details API endpoint and Webhook payloads to promote automations

In Dynamics 365 if an included product is marked as a "bundle" (in Dynamics) the sub-items products (description, etc...) are *not* shown. Only the parent/top-level product name and description are displayed. As a Seller, I want the selected "bundled" product, to show descriptions of the included line-item in the quote.

this should apply to downloading sections as well, not just the entire document
