I'm excited to share that Linked Fields 🔗 functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.
Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.
To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.

Hi there 👋
I'm excited to share that we've made it easier to update recipient details and reassign fields to another signer—even after you've hit Send.
Here's how it works:
1. Open a sent document.
2. Navigate to the settings of a recipient who hasn’t signed the document yet.
3. Click the action button:
– "Edit personal details" to update any information related to this recipient (e.g. Email, First Name, Last Name).
– "Change signer" to reassign fields to another signer.
– "Remove from document" to remove a CC recipient. Actually, now you can add and remove CC recipients not only in a sent document but even in a completed one.

Client is interested in bulk sending multiple documents in 1 email...or the ability to direct a user to a list of document links for them to sign. This means that your most requested usability enhancements for fields, including multi-select to move, assign or delete them are now all available.
Simply press Command (on Mac) or Shift (on Windows) on your keyboard while clicking on multiple fields to select them (Once you do, they'll become framed in blue). Then, you may move, copy-paste, assign or delete all selected fields in one go. For moving multiple fields, simply hold down Option (on Mac) or Ctrl (on Windows) to drag all selected fields together.

Make fillable fields colors distinguishable between recipients, and for individuals with color blindness
Fix the issue of two recipients having similar colored fillable fields and improve ease for individuals with color bllindness

The new color palette for fillable fields is now available to everybody.
While this does not allow you to pick colors for recipients, we've chosen eight distinct colors that will be assigned to the recipients automatically, depending on their order. These distinct colors will fix the issue of two recipients having similar colored fillable fields. We've carefully selected these new colors to not only pass the contrast checker, but also to make sure that they are easily distinguishable for individuals with color blindness.
For use cases that require you to pick colors for branding, customization or any reason other than distinguishability, please upvote this idea: Ability to pick/change colors of fillable fields.

Signing Group: Ability to assign fields to a group of recipients: option to assign two people to one field
Signing Group functionality similar what DocuSign has. Basically they have departments, for example Financial Aid (they are in eduction), and anyone in the department can sign off on the document. So similar to our Approval Groups, they want to assign a group of people to the signature field so that whomever sees it first can sign it.
