Signing Group: Ability to assign fields to a group of recipients: option to assign two people to one field
Signing Group functionality similar what DocuSign has. Basically they have departments, for example Financial Aid (they are in eduction), and anyone in the department can sign off on the document. So similar to our Approval Groups, they want to assign a group of people to the signature field so that whomever sees it first can sign it.
Hey there! We have an exciting update – now everyone on the Enterprise plan can use recipient groups. It's super easy! Just check the help center for all the details.
And hey, if you're on a Business plan and want to give it a try, simply reply to this message.

Hmm two years since OP.. doesn't look good - To illustrate how important this is - In a number of countries, if companies have more than one director, BOTH directors have to sign a doc for it to be enforceable. However, when you're signing up clients you dont know who the directors are or how many of them there are. Therefore docs need to have conditional logic. You already have this feature you just haven't extended it to text and signature fields. With conditional logic, you could let the first counterparty signer tell you if additional signers are required on their side and you could hide/display fields accordingly in the signature area..... You're welcome...

a way to request more than 2 ( say 3 to 4 ) email for them to sign the document, but in actual we only need two signature so if any two signed that consider the signing complete

This is an incredibly important feature. In my case, I work at a private school and our enrollment forms have to be filled out by each family. We need to send to both parents where applicable but it doesn't matter which one signs. In other cases, the parents are no longer together and one parent fills out the forms and the other pays. Assigning this to both parents as a group would solve this issue.

This would be very useful for information gathering and being able to distribute to teams rather than individuals.
-
The ability to have the Fields open to anyone the document has been sent to.
Use case example, the user wants to gather information from a team and doesn't care who provides fills out the fields.

We just had a client give us a crazy request, and curious if there is anyway PandaDoc can solve for it. The client has requested that we send a contract to 4 individuals (at the same time) and any one of them can sign on behalf of the organization. They don’t want 4 signature blocks, just one, and whoever gets to it first is authorized to sign on behalf of the organization. Is there a way to set up a signing group with one signature block for clients?

We use the text fields to allow customers to fill out scoping questionnaires for us - currently, only one recipient can be assigned to those fields. Having a signing group would allow us to get input from an entire team instead of single contacts.

We ran into a use case with a similar requirement. I think it's very common that you send an offer to a customer with more than one contact person and one signature is enough to order and complete the document.

Assign multiple recipients to one signature field and consider the document complete when the document is signed by one recipient WITHOUT action from the others.

I'd also add here the ability to select a signer from a drop down of potential recipients in that department/group. And limiting the assignment of that field to only addresses in that signing group would be useful in reducing human error.
