Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

PandaDoc makes 3 attempts to deliver a webhook. After this, you can manually retry failed webhooks, as shown in the picture.

An error occurred while saving the comment Important for API flows where the pricing table columns are not known for line items before generating the document. Can use smart content as a workaround, but causes friction in implementation.

This is important for use cases where the same recipient group is used across multiple templates. That way there is a central location to update members of the group.
Example use case would be if an IT team always needs to sign off on specific templates. If a new person is hired to the IT team, we would need to create a new recipient group with the new recipient and apply this group to all the templates.
