Bundle Document visibility by recipients (Different recipients for a bundle): hide selected documents in bundles for recipients
send doc bundles to different recipients:
Ability to send the first document to one signer/signers and then second one to others, etc
So you will be able to specify which of the document in bundles should be recieved by specific people. Pre-Sign a Document before sending in bulk
Currently we pre-sign with a .PNG signature before sending it out to many signers, but the document certification only shows one of the signers at the end. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to generate the document and be able to add a legal pre-signature so both signers appear in the certification.

Document Upload Limit Increase - PandaDoc Notary
Increase number of documents uploaded at one time in PandaDoc Notary. Instead of 10, maybe 20.

Ability to request an on demand notary from a specific state.
Users cannot currently request a notary from a specific state when doing an On Demand session. Certain states, such as Florida require their documents to be notarized only by Florida notaries. Need ability to request a notary for a specific state in this scenario.

Reschedule Notary
I would like to be able to reschedule an already scheduled notary session. For example, I have clients that are scheduled for 2:00 today, but they need to change it to 3:30 - I don't want to have to cancel the session an re-send the link and re-upload all docs.

Download document while in notary session. For example, not all of the clients signed and don't want to lose the signatures.

Customize notification on cancelled notary sessions.
Ability to customize notary message that is sent out for cancelled sessions. Currently includes email of person who created request. Would like it to reflect a 1-800 phone number instead.

Easier Access to the Document Repository More Options Menu (three dots - by each document)
Move the additional document menu - three dots on right of document in the document repository - to the left of the document name instead of the right.

Duplicate Send Check
Prevent accidentally sending the same document multiple times to the same contact. When a sender selects a recipient they've already sent the document to, prompt a message like:
“You have previously sent this document to this contact. Would you like to send it again?”2 votes -

Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has completed
Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has been completed. Use case:
I am needing to notarize a document with two different humans who cannot sign together. I was planning on just having one sign the actual (long document) then have the second person just sign a page with a notary block. Is it possible to then add that last signature and notary block to the signed locked document?2 votesHi.
